Yes Professor Feraldi, This is truly a bad situation. I cried when I saw it on the news. And what will be done to stop the unnecessary polution of our most precious resource.? Who were they delivering the oil to? Which party is responsible and to whom do they pay? Everyone shares the ocean, so....?
